After spending more than 20 years in the Banking Industry in San Juan, Puerto Rico, we relocated to Houston in 2013 and decided to obtain my Texas Real Estate Agent license. Having worked extensively with commercial and corporate clients, residential development lending, and commercial real estate, I have ample experience in dealing with real estate transactions from the financing aspect of it. I understand financing, transaction negotiations, property valuations and above all, the importance of delivering integrity and great customer service at all times.
